Day fifty-nine.

That was the look I was getting until biggest brother came in and tried to make him happier.

And then we tried again.

Liam adores Gavin (just like the other two)...he is the best big brother and I don't know of any other kid that loves being a big brother as much as him!

Super Ellie was saving the day (all.day) today.

"Dis button makes me go fast...."

Gavin has a cape too (we eventually found it this afternoon late, but he wasn't too thrilled that Owen and him had to wear blankets to play with Ellie) Shh, I ordered one for Owen for his birthday (can't believe he's TWO on Friday!)

Day fifty-four.

I ran out of chocolate chips after making about 3 pancakes this morning, and those were the only three pancakes that got eaten (by kids anyways). I even had an accidental duck pancake for Owen that he just poked at. (Poor baby had a fever all day so he just wasn't feeling it, first time in his life really that he hasn't wanted to eat :( ). Ellie just wanted to show off her milk mustache!

Day fifty-three.

Kids slept in. I pulled back curtains to see a fairly decent foggy morning. I adore fog. And since we didn't have school to rush to, I rushed them out the door to try and take pictures in the fog. Totally didn't work out like I wanted, I only got one that I loved before the allure of puddles was way too much for my kids to handle and by then the fog had melted away too.

And then they discovered this other puddle would wash the mud off.

Rain (all day) (again). Meant it was perfect for building forts and another night we didn't even need the sound machine.

(overshare warning)  Owen spent the morning camped out in his little blue "gutch" watching trucks on tv, eating a snack and honking the horn.... He's too cute for his own good.
