or maybe it's Liz, I can't tell. The kids have taken to naming all the lizards we have roaming around the yard.

After some yard work, Ellie played floral designer with the cuttings.

150/365

day one hundred fifty.

I started a #100daysofsummer project. Here's to a great summer! We spent the first day exploring the flooded bayou behind our house. We took turns (A and I) so one stayed behind with Liam, there's no way I'm letting him know this place exists, because I know he'd head straight for it if he escaped the house.

After a few portraits, we headed out to a cute little barnyard that the kids love near mom and dad's.

Ways to escape whining kids...go hang out by the beehives, most of them are too nervous to join me (except Liam but he's always been crazy).

She was such a happy camper living on the front porch all week.

The boxes have arrived. And she wanted to humor me in the gorgeous light. I will die if we don't have magical light like this once we're settled in Louisiana. And also- the flare from my 24-70 tonight was unreal. Every time I give up on that lens and want to sell it, it wins me over one more time!
