Day One Hundred Eighty-One.

She makes laundry seems so fun!
I remember how much fun I used to have playing house and I didn't even have the fancy little play house she has (one of my favorite consignment store finds.ever.) Sadly, laundry and dishes and cooking just doesn't seem to have the magic it once had. I hope she helps me find it again.

Day One Hundred Eighty.

I got this toy out for Owen today, he loved it but (as usual) had to share it ;) Ellie seemed to be in deep thought the whole time.

Even Gavin had to join in for a bit...

Day One Hundred Seventy-Nine.

Another shot with the lensbaby. Trying to use it more lately so that I feel confident enough to try using it at a shoot (hello LC and your adorable belly!?!) Next to me Gavin was building a "campfire" and roasting "marshmallows"...I only had the muse around to snap the shot but at least I caught it. He is obsessed with camping, tents, campfires and roasting marshmallows right now, so much so that grass, bubble wands and sticks with fluff from a destroyed dog toy can occupy him for hours ;)

Day One Hundred Seventy-Eight.

Smmmmmmores. Who doesn't love them? My kids apparently. Gavin only wanted the marshmallows, Ellie only wanted the chocolate. I got two half eaten (licked) unwanted smores to eat tonight. Whose kids are they anyways?

Day One Hundred Seventy-Seven.

I'm lovin' Mr. O's bald spot. It's strangely working itself into a rectangle shape now ;)

And he's been loving the lion fish that Daddy picked out for him at the aquarium. We have lots of lion themed things for Owen- since he was born March 1st (that whole In like a Lion- Out like a Lamb March rhyme). We couldn't decide what to get him from his first trip to the beach, but decided a lion fish was pretty appropriate ;) He loves to "chew" on it, since someone is slowly but surely getting in their first teeth *sniff*!

Day One Hundred Seventy-Six.

Ever since a friend texted me last night about the very untimely passing of their sweet little dog, I've given our dogs some extra love. They were so so so happy to see us when we came home from vacation, they have barely let me or the kids out of their sight. (I think they are more used to A being out of the house since he goes to work every day and is gone more often...they are never away from the kids or me for very long!)

Grom wouldn't leave me alone this afternoon while I was playing around with my lensbaby so I decided he could be the picture of the day :)

Day One Hundred Seventy-Five.

Thank God for minivans ;)

I'll be doing one picture a day still on these P365 pictures but the full vacation will (eventually) make it's appearance on the family blog :)
Vacation was cursed. Ellie and I were sick. Ellie hates the beach. Gavin thinks he can swim. Owen was (as always) indifferent. My phone died (the ONE essential button on my iphone no longer works!) Did I mention we were SICK. and that Ellie HATES the ocean/beach/anywhere away from home.
